Let’s Start With the Menu
Dining at RH Rooftop Restaurant in West Palm Beach was an experience to remember. My girlfriend and I decided to visit for a romantic dinner, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice.
We began with some appetizers. I had the Truffled Fries, which were crispy and had a nice truffle flavor. My girlfriend had the Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, arugula, and a bit of balsamic glaze. The ingredients were fresh and tasty.
For the main course, I went with the RH Burger. It was juicy, with sharp American cheese, pickles, and onions on a soft brioche bun, served with garlic aioli. My girlfriend chose the Lobster Roll, which was tender and mixed well with the butter mayonnaise and Old Bay seasoning.
Also, we checked out their wine list. I had a glass of Pinot Noir, which had a rich flavor and went well with the burger. My girlfriend picked a Sauvignon Blanc that was crisp and matched her lobster roll perfectly.
For dessert, we shared the Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies with vanilla bean ice cream. The cookies were warm and gooey, making for a perfect ending to our meal.
Ambient and the View
The decor is elegant but not stuffy, with plenty of natural light streaming in from the large windows. The rooftop setting offers a breathtaking view of the West Palm Beach skyline, creating a perfect backdrop for our evening.
We chose a table on the terrace to enjoy the open air and the view. The terrace is beautifully designed with comfortable seating and lush greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a luxurious garden. The lighting was soft and warm, which added to the cozy and romantic feel of the place.
As the sun set, the view became even more spectacular. We could see the city lights twinkling in the distance, which made the whole experience feel magical. It was easy to forget about the hustle and bustle of the city below as we enjoyed our meal in this peaceful setting.
The overall atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into creating a space that is both beautiful and functional, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special night out with friends.
Will I Come Here Again? Absolutely
It’s easy to say that it was a night to remember. From the moment we stepped in, the place had a warm and inviting vibe. The food was just as impressive. Every dish we tried, from the starters to the dessert, was delicious and well-presented.
Whether you’re planning a romantic dinner or celebrating something special, I can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be coming back, and you should too.
